Where We Ship

We currently offer worldwide shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Ora standard dell’Europa centrale (Roma) will be processed the following business day.

  • After your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 7–14 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Custom or Personalized Products: May require additional processing or delivery time.

  • Some products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
All items are shipped directly to your door at no additional cost.

Customs & Import Duties

Please note: Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Bamim is not liable for any delays or fees caused by customs inspections.

Our Delivery Partner

The exact shipping provider may vary based on your delivery location and the warehouse of origin.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to track the package.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 days, please reach out via email.

Delivery Issues

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the package

…the item will be returned to the sender. Any return or reshipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

Changing Delivery Address

Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change of shipping address.
Once your order is in transit, changes are no longer possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If anything appears damaged, missing, or opened:

  • Refuse the delivery if possible, or

  • Mark as “Damaged” and notify us immediately via email.

Order Cancellation

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we will issue a full refund upon request.

  • If it has already shipped, you may initiate a return once received (per our Return Policy).

Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is currently not available.

Bank Holidays

We do not process or deliver orders on Bank Holidays.
Orders placed during these periods will ship on the next working day.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages and on different days, depending on item types or warehouse locations.

Delayed Delivery?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us.
We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
