3. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find the device is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong product, contact us without delay. This allows us to assess the issue and correct it promptly.
For defective devices, we may ask for a detailed description of the issue, photos, or a short video to help us understand the problem before authorizing a return or exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions
